At lunch, try the famous Wyk Pie with a bottle of claret from our excellent list. For supper, informed diners make for the new season pan-roasted Barbary duck with rosti. Finish your meal with one of our delicious home-made desserts with Jude's ice cream, or a selection of Lyburn cheeses.
After a restorative night in our cosy bedrooms and a classic full English breakfast, strike out through the ancient city walls and pay your respects to the great and the good memorialised in the Cathedral.
